Where is No Way Out St. Louis located?

We are currently in the process of relocating to a new location in order to better serve our customers. We will post updates at a later time.

How early should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes ahead of your booked appointment. Late arrivals will not be allowed to participate in the experience. NO REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING for late guests and no shows.

How long does the experience last?

The Puzzle Room experience takes 60 minutes to complete. Arrive 15 minutes early and expect to stay 15 minutes afterwards to debrief and take a few pictures.

Wait, so am I going to be locked in a room?

No, we do not lock anyone in. You will be able to walk out of the experience at any time. The entrance to our puzzle room doesn't even have a door, so no need to worry about being trapped in.

How much do the tickets cost?

Tickets for the puzzle room at No Way Out St. Louis are $26 per person, plus a service charge

When are you open?

No Way Out St. Louis is open 7 days a week at a variety of times. We ask that customers book tickets online to make sure that we can accommodate your group. We do not accept walk-ins.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Rescheduling an experience is allowed as a one-time courtesy if changed prior to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. The rescheduled date must fall within 30 days of the current date. An associated fee will be collected at the time of the re-booking. No cancellations or refunds. No-shows will be charged full price. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!

What if I want to celebrate a Birthday/Anniversary/Bachelor/Bachelorette Party or put a special message in one of the clues? Do I need to book a Special Event package for that?


Yes. You have the option to reserve an entire room for your group or create a customized event package. If you want a gift or ring placed in the puzzle room, bring it to us earlier in the day or slip it to your host when you arrive. Email us with your request, and we will be glad to take care the rest.

We do not have enough people in my group to fill up all 15 available slots. Will strangers be in the room with us?

If you do not reserve all of the tickets for a particular time slot, it's very possible that you could have strangers in the puzzle room with you. The atmosphere is so festive that we doubt this will matter much once you are all working towards solving the puzzles in the room.

Is there anything special that I should wear?

Wear something comfortable! Note that you may have to squat in order to solve certain puzzles. If you have reading glasses, you may want to bring them.

Will anyone try to scare or jump out at me?

No, we are not a haunted house. This is a fun experience, not a scary one.

What happens if my team doesn't escape in 60 minutes?

You won't win any bragging rights, but you will still walk away with a unique experience. You may even come back to try the room again.

Are there any age or physical restrictions?

Guests must be able to climb a flight of stairs (roughly 20 steps) to join the experience. All guests must be 12 years or older to participate. Any guest under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the room. Any guests under the age of 18 will need to submit a liability release waiver signed by a parent/legal guardian. No infants or toddlers will be allowed in the room at any time.

Can I take photos or videos while I am in the room?

Nope! Cell phones and cameras are not allowed in the room.

How many people can participate in a session?

2-15 people are allowed to participate in one hour-long session. If you have not purchased all of the tickets for a private reservation, you may have strangers in the group with you. You all will work together to work through our puzzles. If you need accommodations for a group larger than 15, please email or call us.

Do I need a reservation to enjoy the Puzzle Room experience?

Yes, a reservation is necessary, but thankfully you can book online easily! Just click any of the 'Book Now' buttons.

How far can I book in advance?

Our booking system will allow you up to a month in advance. You should book as far in advance as possible to ensure that your desired date and time are available.

Can I bring extra people with me?

Yes, but only if you have reserved the entire room. You are allowed to bring up to 5 additional players (total of 20 guests). After reserving the entire room, email or call us if you have additional guests at least 24 hours before your reserved date. These guests can pay at our location before the experience.

How is the parking at No Way Out?

We have FREE parking in the front and rear of the building.
