Guests must be 12 years or older to enter the puzzle room. Participants younger than 16 years old must be accompanied in the room by an adult, while guests younger than 18 must have a signature from a parent/legal guardian. Younger guests may be admitted at the discretion of available staff.
All guests must fill out a waiver prior to entering the puzzle room. You can complete the waiver once you arrive at our facility.
Your entire puzzle room experience will last approximately 90 minutes (including coming 15 minutes early to sign waivers, debriefing after the experience has ended, and taking pictures).
No refunds or cancellations! A one-time courtesy is given for games rescheduled prior to 48 hours before the start time of that game. An associated fee (15%) must be paid for re-bookings in other circumstances. The rescheduled date must fall within 30 days of the original reservation date.
If your team is more than 10 minutes late, your group will be considered a no-show and your reservation will be cancelled. In the event that a scheduled reservation extends past the intended time, you will be charged with a overtime fee of $50 (M-Th) or $100 (F-Su). ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!
Now Way Out reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated, inebriated, or under the influence of drugs. No refund will be provided in these cases.

By booking our room, you are agreeing to the following conditions:
1.1. You are not permitted to link to, or use all, or any part of the the website for any purpose which is fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, harmful, obscene or objectionable.
1.2. The trade marks and logos displayed on the website are the property of the company. You are not permitted to use these without a written consent of the company and you accept that any such use may constitute an infringement of the relevant proprietor’s rights.
1.3. The website may contain hyperlinks to third party websites . The operation of those websites is out of the company’s control and you may use them at your own risk. The company accepts no liability for any damage arising out of any use of those websites.
2.1. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to affect your statutory rights.
2.2. The game is designed for a team of 2-30 people per room.
2.3. These terms and conditions and any contract concluded incorporating these terms and conditions shall be governed by United States of America and all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the USA courts.
2.4. The company collects and stores your personal details without disclosing it to any 3rd party and is dedicated to ensure that the privacy of your personal information is protected in accordance with applicable acts.
2.5. Due to the nature of the game no recordings can be taken inside the room. That includes (without limitation) the use of mobile phones, recording devices (video and/or audio) and cameras. The use of such a device in the room is not permitted at any time.
2.6. The company expects visitors not to disclose any details of the game directly or indirectly to the public.
2.7. The company may contact you from time to time with offers and promotions via email or phone.
2.8. The company is entitled to charge the guests for any damage which is intentional and/or caused by misuse of items.
2.9. While you are on our premises, you must ensure to conform to our codes and regulations, adopt proper standards of behavior, and cooperate with our employees.
2.10. Employees of No Way Out LLC have the right to refuse service to anyone based on inappropriate behavior, bad hygiene, or inappropriate clothing.
2.11. The company doesn’t tolerate any kind of bullying or harassment towards its employees or patrons.
2.12. There is a $100 cleaning fee charged to anyone who urinates/vomits on our premises.
3.1. The only language available for the conclusion of a contract online is English.
3.2. Only person(s) who are at least 18 years of age are permitted to book an experience.
3.3 This is a live event game, and once the booking is confirmed, we can not accept any cancellations, or give any refunds.
3.4. Any purchase on the website is only valid when processed by the company. You shall receive a confirmation once your booking is processed.
3.5. Bookings may not be transferred or resold for commercial purposes or at a premium. If a booking is transferred or resold in breach of this condition, the bearer of the booking or the person claiming the right to attend the event will be refused admission.
3.6. You are entirely responsible for entering your details correctly on the Online Booking Form.
3.7. A booking becomes a no-show and entry will be declined if the team is late 10 minutes or more. In such a situation the money is not refundable and the booking is not changeable.
3.8. If you are late for more than 10 minutes of the original starting time of your booking, the reservation becomes a no-show automatically and you will be refused entry.
3.9. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, you have a one-time courtesy to reschedule your reservation prior to 48 hours before your scheduled start time. If a reschedule is done within 48 hours of the initial reservation or if the one-time courtesy has already been extended, an associated fee will be paid at the time of the rebooking.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
4.1. The price of a game is stated on the website under the ticket section.
4.2. The price is set according to number of people within the same booking and to the timing of the week.
4.3. Bookings can be made online only.
4.4. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
4.5. In the case that less people attend the event than it is booked for, the price difference will not be refunded.
4.7. In the case that more people attending the game than it is booked for the price difference can be settled upon arrival to the event.
4.8. The stated prices are subject to change without notice.
4.9. Reservations with student discounts must begin before 4pm and each student participant must have a valid student ID. If both of these conditions are not satisfied, the discounted amount will be reversed once the adventure begins.
4.10. If a participant enters an invalid promotional code, the discounted amount will be reverted once the scheduled reservation begins. The participant will be notified before the adventure.
4.11. There is a $50 charge for every half-hour that a group goes over their arranged reservation time (75 minutes after time listed) for special events occurring Monday-Thursday.
4.12. There is a $100 charge for every half-hour that a group goes over their arranged reservation time (75 minutes after time listed) for special events occurring Friday-Sunday.
4.12. For special events, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to ensure a particular time slot. The remaining balance, menu list, and/or any other requested items are due 7 days prior to the reserved event. If these conditions are not met, a daily late charge of $25 will be applied to the remaining balance until an arrangement is made with the special events coordinator.
5.1. If you need to contact the company you can do so using any of the following methods:
6.1. Each participant will be instructed before their event by one of the employees of the company. After learning the rules of the event, each guest will participate in the event at their own risk. The company is not liable for any (personal or equipment) damages caused by not following the rules described before the event and signaged in the escape room.
6.2. People who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs as judged by the employees of No Way Out LLC may be turned away and their game stated as no-show.
6.3. Drinks and food may not be brought into the event.
6.4. To be admitted you must confirm the full name of the booker and might be asked to confirm phone number and email address the booking confirmation was sent to.
6.5. Children at the age of between 10-15 have to be accompanied by at least 1 adult per event, children under the age of 10 are not permitted to attend.
7.1. Photos of each team will be taken during and at the end of the game.
7.2. Photos of each teams will be stored on our server linked to the booking.
7.3. To remove your photos from the private gallery you have to notify us by sending the URL to firstname.lastname@example.org
7.4. Photos may be uploaded to social media sites with the possibility of using first names or a family/team name.
